Please read the instructions carefully...If you don't know where your logo is, contact the person that does your printing (business cards, menus, posters, etc.).

The logo should be in a bmp, jpg, ai, eps, cdr or other quality format. Low resolution jpgs and gifs will produce a poor quality nametag.  All fonts e-mailed must be in *.ttf format.  We use PCs and have no MACs.

Only camera ready electronic formats are acceptable.  All artwork must have the ability to separate into its distinct colors.  Acceptable formats are *.ai, *.cdr and *.eps. Please provide PMS colors with artwork.

The logo can only be black and white.  Why?  Because the engraved nametags only engrave one color.  Formats are the same as Color nametag formats.  Again, a low quality logo will produce a low quality nametag.

For Hot Stamp Nametags...

Only camera ready electronic formats are acceptable.  All artwork must have the ability to separate into its distinct colors.  Acceptable formats are ai, cdr and eps. Hot stamped nametags cannot be PMS matched but can come close.
